Terms and Conditions: Your Travel and/or Tour arrangements prepared by Pure Trek Adventures are subject to all the terms and conditions set forth in this statement. Please read this entire statement as carefully as possible.
Reservations and Payments: A deposit of $200.00 per person is required to activate a land reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to departure. Bookings taken within 45 days of travel date require the same initial activation deposit(s), and balance will be due upon confirmation. Due to the popularity of the destination(s), the small size of some boutique hotels, inns, and lodges and during certain holiday periods, additional deposits/ and or payments may be required to continue to hold the confirmed space. If so, you will be notified accordingly. Reservations made within 20 days of travel are subject to additional express shipping fees.
Baggage: Allowance I accordance with airline regulations.
Passports: Passengers must carry valid U.S. Passport for proof of U.S. citizenship to travel to Costa Rica. Citizens of other countries please consult local consulates. Pure Trek cannot assume responsibility for denied boardings.
Cancellations and Refunds: Trip insurance is strongly recommended and can be purchased through a third-party insurance company. Cancellation fees are as follows:

Pure Trek will try to facilitate a refund on unused portions of itineraries when possible.
